A Reunion Conference was held in Newnham College Cambridge, September 7-9 2015. It was held to mark the the fact that the Cambridge Realist workshop has been running for 25 Years.  About 80 former attendees returned to Cambridge to participate in a series of discussions on Social Ontology and Economics.

Held in Caius College Cambridge, and sponsored by the Independent Social Research Foundation, this was a meeting of the Cambridge Social Ontology Group, and the Berkeley Social Ontology Group, debating their respective positions.  John Searle was amongst those defending the Berkeley perspective.

August 2004.  8th IACR Annual Conference

In August 2004, CSOG hosted the 8th Annual Conference of the International Association for Critical Realism (IACR).  The event was held at Girton College, from mid-day on Tuesday August 17th to around mid-day on Thursday August 19th. Plenary speakers included Linda Martín Alcoff, Margaret Archer, Roy Bhaskar, John Dupré and Tony Lawson

Conference in Little Hall of the Sidgwick site, and also in Girton College, sponsored by the Cambridge Journal of Economics. 100 past participants of the realist workshop debate current issues in the methodology of economics.  (A selection of papers were published in the Cambridge Journal of Economics, November, 2002).
